Shipping and Returns
SECTION 1 – Shipping & Customs
We primely ship to Saudi Arabia with free shipping for orders over 4000SAR. We also ship to GCC and middle east including Jordan, Lebanon and Palestine. For the above counties, shipping charges applies. Shipping can be calculated in cart.
All items sold via our website are dispatched in 2-3 days and shipping time takes 2-3 weeks. Some Items like custom made accessories may take up to 5-6 weeks and this will be clearly mentioned in product description.
Once the materials are shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number along under which shipping company so that you can check its status. We use Aramex as a shipping partner.
TAX in countries except for Saudi Arabia are not calculated during checkout and its customer responsibility to pay any duties and taxes upon receiving the destination country. GERMANMAX© is not responsible at all for such cases.
SECTION 2 – Returns & Exchanges
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to GERMANMAX© discretion. While we strive to accommodate all return requests, please note the following key points:
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges: Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories. We do not accept returns for items that have been installed, used, or modified.
Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: If the return is due to reasons beyond our control, such as buyer’s remorse or a change of mind, the cost of the return shipping label will be the customer’s responsibility or will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Return Example: If you paid 200 SAR for the product and 50 SAR for shipping, only the 200 SAR product price is eligible for a refund, making the total refundable amount 200 SAR.
Inspection & Damage Reporting: We strongly recommend inspecting all products immediately upon receipt. Any damage or defects must be reported within 1 day of delivery. Delayed reports may result in the return being denied. GERMANMAX© carefully selects and screens our shipping couriers to ensure that products shipped through our program arrive defect-free.
SECTION 3 – Custom Products & Special Conditions
Custom Steering Wheels: As custom steering wheels are handcrafted and made to order, they are not eligible for full refunds and returns. However, we will address any defects related to craftsmanship (e.g., stitching, striping) at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items: Any product that has been used, installed, or modified, as well as custom items (outside of custom steering wheels), is not eligible for a return or refund.
